Illustrator
In Adobe Illustrator, we learned to use the major tools and functions of the program. We made a variety of vector images, saved images for the web, used gradients, type tools and much more. Each week we covered different aspects of the program and worked towards a final project. The final project included designing a web page layout for proofing purposes.
From Truman College: "Adobe Illustrator CS4 is the powerful graphics program used by visual artists and graphic design professionals. It provides unique illustration tools for drawing, painting, text manipulation, page layout, title design, and optimization for the Web. This class focuses on creating compact, vector graphics to be used in Web pages or exported to Flash to create complex web animation."
